- Community & Networking: Integration into a robust network to encourage community connection, networking, and peer-to-peer engagement.
- Core Support: A 3-month supply of Dr. Goodenowe’s proprietary plasmalogen precursor supplements, provided for general wellness support.
How to Enroll
- Eligibility: Open to families with a child or young adult (ages 2-30) interested in plasmalogen-based nutritional support for general brain health and cellular wellness. This program offers subsidized pricing to make plasmalogen supplementation accessible to families who may not otherwise be able to participate.
- Complete a baseline survey and a subsequent follow-up survey.
- Join the Community Engage platform.
- Pay a $99 Membership fee for a 3-month period.
- Opt in to receive plasmalogen precursors.
